 These are early European and USA shift knobs.
The knob on the left is out of a very eary, 12513, plexiglass Coupe. The one on the right is out of an early, Dec 1971, build date USA car, 14857. The European cars eventually received the same shift knob as the USA cars. There was no need for Ferrari to keep two shift knobs in stock.
